Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 M&E Contractor delivering major projects across Ireland and Europe. This role will be based in Limerick. This is a senior‑level commercial role offering full ownership of electrical packages from tender through to final account on large‑scale construction projects.

Responsibilities
Full cradle‑to‑grave commercial management of electrical packagesPrepare and manage budgets, BOQs, profit plans, valuations, and cost reportsManage subcontractor accounts including payments, variations, retentions, and final accountsSubmit accurate monthly applications including remeasures, claims, dayworks, and variationsIdentify and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycleAttend and lead commercial meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsWork closely with Planning teams to align programme progress with commercial reporting
Requirements
Strong experience working as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor at Senior levelDegree qualified or trade background with relevant commercial experience preferredExcellent knowledge of electrical contracts and commercial processesExperience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and commercial negotiationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
