This senior-level position will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent from around the world.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global recruitment practices, workforce planning, and employer branding, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, including at least 3 years in international recruitment, and a strong knowledge of workforce planning, employer branding, and international recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering a strategic approach to international talent attraction and hiring;
* Building and maintaining global partnerships to drive business growth;
* Designing and overseeing recruitment marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract top talent;
* Ensuring a seamless recruitment process from role design to onboarding;
* Leading mentoring and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage high-volume recruitment within a fast-growing organization.
