VAT Assistant Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage deadlines and service delivery on each project

* Manage client relationships and oversee fee billing and cash collection processes
* Assist the management team in coordinating service offerings from other departments
* Participate in peer-wide training and team development programs
* Support business development initiatives and marketing efforts within the organization
* Oversee staff development and review procedures to ensure high performance standards
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Possess an ITI qualification or relevant certification
* Hold a qualified VAT practitioner status with experience in practice environment
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
* Show attention to detail and provide guidance to colleagues
* Possess strong organisational and planning capabilities to drive results
