Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer Type: Contract Client: AccentureJob OverviewAccenture is seeking a highly skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with a deep understanding of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform, particularly in ClaimCenter configuration and development using Gosu.
This role involves end-to-end development, customization, and integration of ClaimCenter to support business objectives and drive system efficiency.Key Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and implement custom solutions and integrations within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform
•Configure workflows, rules, screens, and data models to meet business requirements
•Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret functional and technical requirements
•Create and execute unit tests to validate the quality and functionality of customizations
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects related to ClaimCenter
•Participate in peer code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
•Work closely with QA teams during system testing and provide defect resolution support
•Provide technical guidance to team members and non-technical stakeholders
•Stay current with Guidewire product updates and industry best practicesRequired Experience & Skills
•3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and development
•Strong command of Gosu programming language
•Solid understanding of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform
•Experience in designing and maintaining workflows, business rules, and data models
•Familiarity with integration tools, web services (SOAP/REST), and XML/JSON formats
•Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
•Excellent communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications
•Guidewire Certified Specialist in ClaimCenter (preferred but not required)
•Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
•Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
