Revenue Optimization Specialist
The Revenue Optimization Specialist will focus on capitalizing revenue across all revenue centers at the hotel, analyzing daily and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy and sales opportunities.
* Oversee reservations office operations and implement effective yield management systems.
* Promote best practices in revenue optimization, including yield, rate parity, distribution, and OTA management.
* Thoroughly analyze revenue streams to ensure capitalization, including accommodation, bars, restaurants, conferences, weddings, and leisure club revenues.
Key Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Revenue or Reservations Manager.
* Proven track record of people management and leadership.
* Ability to multitask and take a hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven track record of successful Revenue Management.
