Job Overview
The Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of electrical and instrumentation works on construction projects.
* Develop and implement effective risk assessments, job safety analysis, and safe methods of working to mitigate potential hazards and ensure a healthy work environment.
* Coordinate closely with the electrical and instrumentation engineering department to deliver drawings that align with the project schedule, ensuring timely completion and minimal delays.
* Proactively allocate manpower resources, including supervision, to projects according to the project schedule, guaranteeing efficient utilization of personnel and minimizing downtime.
* Ensure electrical subcontractors adhere to the project schedule, maintaining momentum and preventing disruptions to the overall project timeline.
* Maintain open communication with the client's site representatives, providing regular updates on electrical and instrumentation works and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
* Collaborate with the procurement supply chain to source materials and equipment as required by the project schedule, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing delays.
* Coordinate electrical and instrumentation works seamlessly with other construction disciplines, fostering a cohesive project team and promoting mutual understanding.
