Customer Service AdministratorWe are currently recruiting for the role of Customer Service Administrator for our Athlone Office.The holder of this position will be responsible for the administration of all front office activities including Reception Desk, Telephone, General Emails Post. The role requires the candidate to be competent in a busy multi-task environment with strong attention to detail and to be flexible in the tasks they are requested to carry out.The role on offer is a permanent position with full-time hours; typical office hours apply, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Administration of the company with a strong focus on excellent Customer Service and adhering to operating procedures.Duties will include but are not limited to:Receive all incoming calls for the company and direct as appropriate.Take account of voicemails throughout the day and direct as appropriate.Receive distribute incoming company post by date stamping and delivering to the appropriate employees throughout the company.Dealing with Customers, Clients general enquiries.Review distribution of main email inbox as appropriate.Issuing of keys to Contractors Public, documenting, recording retrieval of keys.Receiving and processing of payments as required for fobs, keys, service charges etcUpdate information on internal systems as received or communicating to the relevant team members.Provide general administration functions as required together with administration support to Senior Management.Maintain a clean and organised office areaThe ideal candidate will have:A property / hospitality background.Strong administrative experience 3yrs+Proven track record in customer serviceGood communication, written and interpersonal skillsComputer literate with excellent analytical skills.The ability to multi-task, prioritise and think on your feetA proactive and organised individual
