My Dublin City Centre based client is looking for an experienced People Change Consultant
to join their team on a contract basis for 6-12 month project. This is a daily rate contract contract position initially for 6 months but with an excellent chance of extension. Its a hybrid work model.
Qualification or experience / skills:
Business analysis
Impact assessment (stakeholders impacted, type and level of impact)
Training needs analysis / training design and delivery
Business or org readiness assessment
Usage and adoption monitoring
And/or leading large transformation programmes or programme workstreams
Nice to have: relevant 3rd level degree (e.g., in Psychology, HR, Organisational Change), qualifications (Prosci, behavioural science, coaching)
Key Experience needed:\
Strong relevant experience in change management.
5 years' experience in Change and Communications leadership role supporting change initiatives in a large organisation (at least 3 years project and change management practical experience in a leadership role).
Exposure to Business transformations, systems implementation.
Experience working with Project Managers, Business SME’s, Communications, HR teams.
Desirable: Experienced in a Change and Communications lead role within a public sector organisation.
Education Requirements:
3rd Level qualification is preferred.
Any Change/ Lean Certifications nice to have
