We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Programs Manager to design, implement, and execute programs that directly drive pipeline growth and seller success. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, shaping go-to-market plays, supporting account selection and enablement, and delivering measurable revenue impact.

Role Overview:
You will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales Leaders, collaborating closely with AEs, SDRs, Marketing, and Product teams. By combining AI-driven insights, creativity, and structured execution, you will deliver sales programs that empower teams to operate more effectively, scale pipeline generation, and accelerate business outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales programs aligned with business priorities to drive pipeline and ARR results.
* Drive go-to-market planning, including program design, messaging, execution, and enablement for SDRs and Sales.
* Champion innovation in demand generation, integrated multi-channel approaches, and the use of AI-powered tools.
* Apply AI platforms to optimize account selection, messaging, content creation, and campaign execution.
* Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies in demand generation, evaluating new solutions and advising the business on adoption.
* Train and encourage SDRs and Sales to use AI effectively for productivity, prospecting, and pipeline acceleration.
* Understanding Sales/SDRs pipeline needs and shaping programs to meet them.
* Guide SDRs and AEs on account prioritization, messaging, and execution tactics.
* Build strong, trusted relationships across sales, marketing, and strategy functions.
Data & Insights:
* Use AI-enhanced analytics and traditional data insights to design and refine sales plays, continuously improving program effectiveness.
* Forecast, track, and report on program performance with actionable insights.
* Leverage Hubspot dashboards, reporting, and AI-driven analytics to measure impact and drive recommendations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Secure buy-in from stakeholders, aligning programs with broader marketing/sales strategies.
* Communicate effectively with Sales/SDR leaders, SDRs, and Account Executives, influencing adoption of best practices, tools, and AI solutions.
* Manage multiple competing priorities and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Your Profile:
* 3+ years’ experience in Sales Programs or Sales Operations.
* Demonstrated success in designing and delivering revenue-producing programs and go-to-market campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with Hubspot reporting and dashboards.
* Good understanding of software/cloud business models, demand generation practices, and AI-driven sales/marketing technology.
* Track record of leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience in ERP or P2P is an advantage.
* Program management experience in a sales environment; good understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
* Good AI proficiency, with practical knowledge of leading AI tools for sales/demand generation.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to translate AI-driven data insights into improved program results.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution.
* To influence and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Enablement teams.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Creative & innovative mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
* Proactive, self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and deliver results without waiting for direction.
