Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Training Coordinator, based in Cork with flexibility for some remote work. The Training Coordinator will manage day-to-day training operations, including planning, organizing, and assessing training programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, monitoring employee development, and ensuring consistent communication with stakeholders to fulfill training objectives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Training Coordination and managing comprehensive training initiatives
* Experience in Training & Development practices and creating effective training programs
* Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with employees and management
* Expertise in delivering Employee Training and ensuring knowledge transfer
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field is preferred
* Familiarity with healthcare or medical environments is a plus
