Role Description
The Data Analyst (H/F) is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize performance, and improve data-driven processes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to turn data into valuable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
 * Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
 * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that support key business decisions.
 * Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Collaborate with business teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data requirements aligned with organizational goals.
 * Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support financial planning, marketing, operations, and strategic projects.
 * Use statistical and data modeling techniques to forecast outcomes, measure performance, and evaluate business initiatives.
 * Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
 * Maintain and optimize data collection systems, databases, and analytical tools.
 * Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.
 * Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
 * Document analytical processes, methodologies, and data sources for transparency and reproducibility.
 * Present insights and reports to senior management and project stakeholders.
 * Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling to continuously enhance capabilities.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
 * 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role (internship experience accepted for entry level).
 * Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel (advanced level).
 * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
 * Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and hypothesis testing.
 * Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and reporting.
 * Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
 * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
