Responsibilities
* Acting for leading domestic and international market participants.
* Providing legal and commercial expertise across a variety of real estate matters.
* Collaborating within cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.
* Engaging actively in business development initiatives, thought leadership efforts, and identifying opportunities for new work.
* Drafting clear and concise legal documents while creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgment.
* Attending networking and marketing events to build professional relationships.
* Developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining diligence, responsibility, and professionalism.

* Admitted to practice law in Ireland England or Wales.
* Strong academic credentials.
* Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
* High level of commercial awareness and business acumen.
