Sales Growth Specialist
About the Role
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This involves developing and executing an outbound sales strategy, as well as systematically following up on all inbound leads.
Your primary goal is to build and develop account relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunities. You will need to communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and professional networking.
Key Responsibilities
* Pursue and generate new leads by delivering an outbound sales strategy
* Develop and maintain account relationships with HR decision-makers
* Communicate effectively through various channels to establish expectations and capture information/data/metrics
* Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly/quarterly company meetings to provide feedback on wins, losses, and client feedback
* Maintain knowledge and awareness of HR trends as well as products and services
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A qualification in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (ideally)
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Ideal 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
* Ideal experience working with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) – training will be provided
* Experience selling HR/Employment Law/Training, Employee Relations and/or Health & Safety services an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with HR professionals
* Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
