We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to become a key member of our team involved in the day to day running of our customer service department where you will foster a customer first culture and contribute to initiatives to improve customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
This office-based role will be the direct contact between our customers, fitting teams and administration team
Daily update of our online platform ensuring all kitchens are completed and signed off by our customers
Online Platform to be updated with a detailed list of any customer service items required with an expected manufacture/delivery date
Follow up with other departments to ensure any materials required have been ordered and/or manufactured
Updating Customers on the current status of any outstanding items with an expected fitting date
Working closely with the entire team to ensure priority cases are managed and completed within 48 hours
Coordinate and schedule completion of any customer service calls in an efficient manner taking geographical locations into account
Complete other general administration duties as and when required
Requirements:
Min 3 years' experience in a customer service role with previous kitchen industry experience a distinct advantage
Professional customer focused attitude with strong organisation and communication skills
Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced team oriented enviornment
Eligible to work in Ireland, IT Literate, fluent in written and spoken English
This is an office-based role, no hybrid working options available.
