Committed to using natural materials and supporting Irish, Foxford continues to honour its roots while evolving to meet the needs of contemporary lifestyles.This role is a one year fixed term contract- ResponsibilitiesManagement of Retail Warehouse Team and procedures·Manage supplier relationships, pricing, margin and order timelines to support both retail and ecommerce channelsMonitor trading performance by category, taking action to optimise stock flows, sales and markdowns only when necessaryOversee the Stock Administrator and stock accuracy processesRegularly review best sellers, underperformers and seasonal category performance to inform future decisionsEnsure product and stock data integrity across all internal systems and sales channelsPartner with visual merchandising, retail, e-commerce and marketing team to ensure smooth launches and promotional alignment·Support season campaign planning and product story telling through timely range development and stock readinessLiaise with suppliers on when stocks are to be delivered·Managing and planning incoming deliveries and warehouse space·Managing dispatch and transfers of bedlinen deliveriesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsMaintain clean, safe, and secure warehouse conditionsLiaise with warehouse co-ordinator and organise deliveriesSkills:Experience using EPOS Meridian SystemAdvanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)Management of retail warehouse teamStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentJob Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsPay: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee assistance programEmployee discountOn-site parkingStore discountAbility to commute/relocate:Foxford, County Mayo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:Stock management: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Forklift Licence (preferred)B Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
