The Role
Store Manager – Clonmel, Co.
Tipperary
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all times.
Support and lead the team in maximising store sales and achieving various store KPIs.
Display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standards.
Ensure products are correctly received and placed on the sales floor in a timely manner, complying with merchandising guidelines.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and support the Store Team in delivery of same.
Action merchandising campaigns, promotional activities, delivery schedules and various back-office duties within required timeframes using a proactive approach.
Act as a team player while displaying strong leadership skills, coaching and developing the team to meet objectives.
Previous retail management experience essential (experience with fashion, jewellery or giftware an advantage).
