To be responsible for the maintaining & cleaning of all public areas

To operate all machinery and care for as necessary

To deal with customer enquiries and complaints
To have an in-dept knowledge of all hotel facilities available
To communicate all hotel facilities and services to guests
To ensure a high level of personal hygiene at all times
