Job Description
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store's accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
* Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounts administrator role
* Accounts software experience is desirable
* Excellent numerical skills
* Strong data entry skills
* Strong attention to detail and organized
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Main duties:
* Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
* Oversee and manage the store's accounts including accounts with suppliers, customers and third-parties
* Manage all invoices
* Keep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivable
* Identify and address any discrepancies
* General administrative duties
* Maintain confidentiality at all times
About The Locality
* We are currently recruiting for an Administration/Accounts Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover)
* Experience in a similar role is essential
* This role would suit a motivated individual who is organized, takes pride in their efforts, and can carry out a varied number of tasks within their day. This is a Tullamore office-based role only - remote/hybrid working will not be considered.
* This role is currently a full-time role (Part-Time will be considered for a suitable candidate)
