* Assisting with cost planning, estimation, and financial management.
* Preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation.
* Supporting senior QS staff with project coordination and contract administration.
* Conducting site visits and progress assessments.

* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* 2-3 years' Quantity Surveying experience within the Irish construction industry.
* Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communication and a willingness to develop professionally.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
