Counter Manager Role Summary
The Counter Manager is a key position in our retail team, responsible for achieving sales objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* To lead the team by setting a good example and maximize all sales opportunities.
* To ensure that the team provides high-quality customer service and shopping experience.
* To manage Brow and Beauty Experts, motivate staff, delegate roles, and maintain high customer service standards.
* To achieve counter and service sales targets through delegation to Brow and Beauty advisors, making connections with customers, demonstrating products, carrying out beauty/brow services, and booking repeat appointments.
* To ensure the counter remains stocked at all times and report any concerns to the area manager immediately.
