We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager III-Resource Coordinator andFloat Team Management for our Hospital client in Dublin.
(Full Time /Permanent Contract)
Responsibilities Provide senior clinical and operational leadership across assigned units.
Coordinate nursing resources to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient staffing.
Manage and oversee the hospital Float Team, ensuring appropriate skill mix and deployment.
Allocate staff in response to clinical demand, acuity, and service pressures.
Monitor staffing levels, rosters, leave, and agency usage to optimise workforce planning.
Support clinical governance, quality, and patient safety standards.
Act as a senior escalation point for staffing and operational issues.
Facilitate onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development of Float Team staff.
Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers, Directors of Nursing, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements Be registered on the General Division of the Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Demonstrate a proven ability to prioritise, organise, and schedule a wide range of tasks while managing competing demands and maintaining high professional standards and positive working relationships.
A minimum of five years' post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting (desirable) .
A minimum of two years' management experience at Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM2) level within the last five years (desirable) .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated clinical competence and professional leadership ability.
Ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to forward planning and service development.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection Legislation.
Competency in the English language is required for the role.
