Role And Responsibilities
* Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with the check-in process, and ensuring a smooth check-out experience
* Providing Information: Offering guests information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
* Responding to guest queries in person, over the phone and via email

* Experience in a similar, customer-facing role
