HR Projects & People Support Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Our client is a growing financial services organisation based in Dublin West. They are seeking a highly organised
HR Projects & People Support Specialist
to join their People & Culture team on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in supporting HR projects, HR systems, and the day-to-day employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience and strong operational HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Project & Change Support
* Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including HRIS implementations/enhancements, policy updates, and process improvements.
* Act as an HRIS tester for new system releases and support post go-live activities, including user guidance and training materials.
* Prepare project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support change adoption.
* Assist with data quality audits and continuous improvement of HR processes.
People Support & HR Operations
* Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, internal moves, and offboarding).
* Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and internal governance requirements.
* Support absence tracking, benefits administration, and general HR administration.
* Escalate complex employee relations or policy queries to HR Business Partners where appropriate.
Policy, Compliance & Reporting
* Assist with reviewing, updating, and publishing HR policies in line with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
* Support HR compliance activities, audits, and reporting within a regulated environment.
* Assist with preparation of HR metrics, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills:
* 3+ years' experience in an HR Operations, or HR Projects role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
* Degree-qualified in HR or a related discipline.
* Hands-on experience supporting HR projects, process improvement, or HR systems.
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms and strong attention to data accuracy.
* Good working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Experience supporting Fitness & Probity processes is desirable but not essential.
