Strategic Agency Manager, French Market (English, French)Location: Dublin, IrelandQualifications – RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the digital marketing/advertising industries.Experience working in the French market with C‑level executives and cross‑functionally across all levels of management.Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing relationships with or working within French media agencies.Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and selling.Knowledge of agency business models, customer growth and new business acquisition for agencies.Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics, with expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesDeliver against ambitious quarterly business and product objectives.
