Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the commercial management of ongoing projects
* Prepare valuations, cost reports, and variations
* Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and agreement of packages
* Provide accurate cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting

Requirements:
* 24 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Proficiency with standard QS software and Microsoft Office
