Commercial Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Produce and interpret financial reports across multiple revenue streams, delivering insights that influence operational and strategic decisions.
* Conduct in-depth variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying performance trends and areas for improvement.
* Partner with operational teams to evaluate cost efficiency, margin performance, and profitability.
* Support senior leadership with commercially driven recommendations and financial modelling for growth initiatives.
* Analyse inventory and production costs, identifying opportunities to improve working capital and reduce waste.
* Contribute to business planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or a strong financial analyst with relevant experience.
* Proven experience in management accounting, commercial finance, or financial planning & analysis.
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
* Strong commercial awareness with a proactive mindset and desire to drive business performance.
