You will also help drive strategic growth, foster deep relationships with clients, advance major initiatives, bridge the gaps between business and technology, whilst ensuring alignment with long-term goals.We embrace a flexible work environment made up of home working, office-based team collaboration and client site interaction.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with the Ireland Country Technical Delivery Head and their wider team to shape the Solution Architecture capability in Ireland Provide guidance through the complexity of solution architecture, finding the right balance between innovation, technical feasibility and long-term sustainability Leverage and demonstrate your deep hands-on technologist experience to build strong credibility and foster collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams from Engineering up to the CxO level both within EPAM and our clients Partner with clients to guide them through complex decisions and technology choices, supporting their modernisation and innovation journeys while strengthening their long-term capabilities Direct our technology consultancy efforts in both sales/pre-sales, request for proposals (RFPs) and developing proof of concepts (POCs) to deliver impactful results-driven solutions Provide expert consulting in areas such as architectural reviews, audits, architectural roadmaps and technical governance Develop and present comprehensive technology business cases that span architecture, strategy and IT organisational change management Lead and mentor teams of Solution Architects, Technology Consultants, Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Engineering teams offering guidance and fostering an environment where they can grow and excel Represent EPAM at external industry conferences, enhancing our market visibility and leadership across our core capabilitiesRequirementsBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or similar or strong relevant work experience Hands-on technologist, confident in driving a Solution Architecture and Technology Consulting capability, ideally within a large consulting organisation Proven experience acting in roles across some of the following: Lead/Principal Architect/Technology Consultant or CTO with a deep understanding of software development, platform delivery, solution architecture, AI and digital transformation Comfortable with hands-on implementations with the ability to personally prototype and build complex solutions, demonstrate deep technical credibility when working with specialised technical teams Strong industry experience, ideally across Banking/Financial Services with in-depth knowledge of core functional capabilities and common platform solutions in that industry Well-versed in the development of Enterprise Architecture including governance, business drivers, technology and change management processes Demonstrable success of leading multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering technology streams for large-scale complex transformation projects by guiding clients to make the right technology decisions for the long-term success of their business Ability to drive end-to-end initiatives and engagements, understand the complexity and relative timeframes of creating a roadmap for replacing a core capability in a global multinational organisation Comfortable engaging in pre-sales activities, offering advisory support whilst responding to RFPs and developing POCs Exceptional communicator, skilled at conveying complex ideas and strategic perspectives to all levels and layers of business Ideally a good knowledge of the Irish market and local industry trends, enabling you to better shape and advise on the direction of the practiceWe offerEPAM Group income protection schemeEPAM Group life assuranceGroup health schemeEmployee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Corporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
