Executive Opportunity Commercial Manager (Infrastructure) Our client, a leading infrastructure and utilities contractor, is offering a compelling opportunity for an accomplished Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial function on large-scale infrastructure projects, operating under NEC4 Option C forms of contract. Oversee project cost planning, forecasting, and value engineering to optimise financial performance. Drive effective contract administration, ensuring strict compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Provide strategic input on commercial risk management, cost control, and project delivery objectives. Support end-to-end tendering processes, including bid preparation, pricing strategies, and subcontractor procurement. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal project teams, clients, and key stakeholders. Manage change control procedures, contractual claims, and dispute resolution with a strategic and solutions-focused approach. Deliver high-quality, accurate reporting on all aspects of project financial performance and commercial KPIs. Candidate Profile Experience and Competencies: Demonstrated track record as a senior commercial leader on complex infrastructure projects. In-depth expertise in NEC4 Option C contract administration is essential. Extensive experience across utility and road infrastructure works. Strong grasp of Design & Build delivery models and associated commercial considerations. Ability to operate from or travel regularly to the Dublin region. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline; chartered status desirable.
