We are a very busy, well-established medical practice specialising in plastic surgery. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Medical Secretary to join our dynamic and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking and managing patient appointments
* Typing medical letters and reports with accuracy
* Handling general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and patient files
* Liaising with patients and healthcare professionals
* Supporting the smooth daily operation of the practice
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a medical secretary or in a similar administrative healthcare role preferred
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with medical software systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
