As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring effective staffing and organization, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:

* Host daily function sheet meetings to plan for exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage standards and service levels, ensuring quality meets required benchmarks.
* Engage with guests, maintaining a visible presence during peak periods.

* Evaluate and resolve issues, complaints, or problems promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a 4-5 star setting.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, leadership, and people management skills.
* Ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
