Test Team Lead Role
This is a key leadership position within our testing team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing an experienced testing team to ensure successful project delivery
* Developing and implementing new testing methodologies to enhance the quality of our deliverables
* Training, mentoring and coaching team members to optimize their performance
* Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle
Key requirements for this role include:
* 5 years or more of software testing experience (functional and non-functional)
* Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
