We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our office and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing teams, supporting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.
* Manage the daily operations of the office and achieve team and individual sales targets.
* Support your team to meet sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.
* Lead and coach your team to exceed sales targets.
* Work closely with customers and prospects, particularly in the Commercial and Agri sectors.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with regional teams to achieve shared goals and projects.
* Ensure seamless and compliant processes align with industry standards.
* Report on team performance and sales activity.
* Pursue local networking opportunities and community partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* CIP qualification (required).
* People management or team leadership experience.

* A full clean driver's license.
