As a WAN AIOps Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high availability and performance of our WAN SDN controller platform. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, utilising advanced algorithms and big data to drive efficiency and reliability in network operations. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of the AIOps platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of both the WAN SDN controller and physical network.
- Harness the power of big data and intelligent algorithms to enhance operations, focusing on anomaly detection, root cause analysis, capacity planning, health monitoring, fault localization, and diagnostic recovery.
- Stay ahead of the curve by conducting research on cutting-edge technologies in the field of intelligent operations and maintenance.
Experience Desired:
- Demonstrated expertise in AIOps, WAN SDN or a related field.
- A solid background in big data analytics and algorithm development is essential.
- Experience in high-performance and scalable network environments.
- A passion for researching and implementing the latest technologies in the AIOps domain.
