The Role We are hiring a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand, showcasing our high-tech projects and culture to a global audience.
You will take ownership of our visual identity across digital channels, ensuring that our marketing is as cutting-edge as our engineering.
Key Responsibilities Global Brand Strategy: Assist in implementing marketing strategies that align with our growth across our locations in Ireland, the UK, Europe, and South America.
Content Creation (Graphic Design): Create professional, high-impact visuals for Linked In, Instagram, and the company website using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Video Production: Take the lead on photography and videography (filming and editing) to create engaging content like project case studies, office culture highlights, and team interviews.
Website Management: Maintain the website using Word Press, ensuring project portfolios, blog posts, and news sections are up-to-date and SEO-optimised.
Email Campaigns: Design and manage monthly newsletters and client communications using Mailchimp to promote our services and company updates.
Event Support: Assist in planning and executing DCT's presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and internal team-building events.
Analytics: Monitor marketing campaign performance and website traffic to provide actionable insights for growth.
Qualifications & Expertise Essential: Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Media, or a related field (or currently in final year).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a marketing or content creation role (work placements/internships accepted).
Industry Interest: An interest in technology, engineering, or construction is a plus.
Technical Toolkit (Required): Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential for high-end assets, with Canva used for rapid social media creation.
Video Editing: Solid skills in shooting and editing video for social media and web.
Web & Email: Hands-on experience with Word Press (CMS management) and Mailchimp (campaign automation).
