We are seeking an exceptional Scholarly Communications Specialist to join our ambitious Research Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the operational management of scholarly communications function in a library setting
* Develop and lead efforts in improving scholarly publishing across the institution, including service and policy development
* Oversight of open access agreements, journal development, and collaboration with researchers and IT services
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a research environment, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A strong understanding of open access policies and scholarly publishing principles is essential.
