Our client, an international law firm, is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor for their expanding Dublin office.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to advance their career within a busy and supportive practice, advising both commercial and private clients.
The role includes exposure to a diverse range of employment law matters, covering advisory, contentious, and client-facing work, with genuine responsibility from the outset.
Responsibilities
Provide employment law advice and representation to commercial and private clients.
Contribute to a busy practice with genuine responsibility from the outset, handling advisory and contentious matters and maintaining client-facing relationships.
Candidate Profile
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales with
1-2 years\' post-qualification experience
in employment law
Strong focus on client services and the ability to manage multiple valuable client relationships
Pro-active, working collaboratively with complex matters within a team environment
Strong drafting, advocacy and case management skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
Client-focused, empathetic and professional approach
Experience or interest in GDPR/data protection is desirable
