Our organisation is seeking a highly capable Business Development Director to lead new client acquisition across Ireland. This pivotal role in a rapidly expanding territory offers significant growth potential and long-term progression.
* Create and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Identify and win new enterprise clients across Retail, E-commerce, Technology, Fin Tech/FS, Travel, Media sectors.
* Engage senior technology leaders (CTO/CIO) for consultative sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure.
About the Role:
* Reporting into European leadership team collaboration globally required.
* You will work with internal teams on solution architecture & pre-sales crafting high-impact proposals.
* Ambitious BDM tenure expected with exceptional relationship-building capability.
Candidate Profile:
Essential requirements include 5-15 years experience in consultative B2B sales or business development,, successful track record of selling software services, Business-fluent English ,and comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders
