About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead the successful delivery of technology projects across our organization. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation review. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (infrastructure, software, systems, or digital).
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
* Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track progress using project management tools.
* Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute project tasks.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
* Manage budgets and ensure projects stay within financial scope.
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations.
* Support change management and user adoption during and after implementation.
* Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, delivering complex technical projects.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).
* Understanding of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure (based on project type).
* Relevant project management certifications preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
Desirable:
* Experience in [industry-specific tools or systems — e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms].
* Exposure to digital transformation or large-scale systems integration projects.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
