As the EMEIA Logistics Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational excellence of Logistics professionals across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience working in an Operations environment in a fast paced product industry.
Strong people manager with an ability to recognise, attract and develop top talent.
Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and maintain robust management systems to ensure the overall efficiency of the team.
Extensive program & project management experience and a continuous improvement focus consistently driving efficiency and enhancing overall customer experience.
Detailed and meticulous, with strong business acumen and consumer focus.
Creative problem solver who can embrace new technologies e.g. AI/ML, identify opportunities to optimise existing supply chain and deliver new tools and processes to support scale.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in tech/consumer electronics logistics.
Track record in deploying sustainable supply chain solutions.
Certifications: APICS, PMP, or ISO standards
Degree or MBA with minimum 5 years experience in a high performance operational environment.
