The role of a Wireless Network Development Engineer is to design, develop and deploy scalable wireless networks that meet the needs of our global operations. To achieve this, you will need to have a deep understanding of wireless networking technologies, including 802.11 and RF. You should also have experience with packet capture analysis and analytical skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a UNIX/Linux environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and at least 2 years of practical experience in large-scale wireless networking operations and engineering. A Master's degree in a technology-related field and experience operating high-density AP and client deployments are highly desirable.

As a Wireless Network Development Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, FC infrastructure Operations and Wireless architecture and RF engineering teams. You will participate in agile development methodologies and ensure that all developments meet quality standards.

* Working knowledge of Cisco/Mist solutions in large-scale global deployments.
* Mastery automating in Python, Java or other languages.
* Good knowledge of Ekahau or other site survey software.
* CCNP/CWNA or equivalent certifications.
* Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
