to join their Dublin-based team. This isn't just about the numbers; it's about influencing the "why" behind the "what."
The Role
In this high-visibility role, you will play a pivotal role between the finance and operations teams. You will move beyond traditional reporting to drive profitability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Advisory:
Act as a co-pilot to department heads, providing financial rigor to commercial decision-making.
* Performance Management:
Lead the monthly P&L reviews, identifying variances and driving corrective actions.
* Forecasting & Planning:
Own the budgeting and rolling forecast processes for your business unit.
* Commercial Insight:
Evaluate promotional spend, NPD (New Product Development) business cases, and ROI.
The Ideal Profile
* Qualified Accountant:
(ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years of PQE.
* Manufacturing/FMCG:
Cost accounting experience in Manufacturing or FMCG
