We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Admin to join our well-established client in Dublin 15.
Responsibilities:
* Suppliers' invoice processing, reconciling statements
* Payments to suppliers, allocating payments
* Budgeting on purchases
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Weekly/monthly payroll, PAYE submission & payments
* Monthly returns - VIES, Intrastat, WEEE
* Bi-monthly VAT returns
* RTD annual returns/Annual 46G Return
* Ability to bring year-end accounts to trial balance
* Various admin tasks
Requirements:
* Strong computer skills, with expert knowledge of Word, Excel, ROS
* Strong experience working alongside others, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-starter, ability to work independently, high level of numeracy - attention to detail is crucial
* Minimum of 7 years experience in an accounting role in industry/practice
* Strong knowledge of accounting and up-to-date tax practices
* Experience in the accounting system ABM and Digital Marketing a distinct advantage but is not necessary
Salary:
* 35k - 40k
