Open to both residents and non-residents,
The Carriage House
welcomes Guests for lunch and dinner seven days a week, and for breakfast from Friday to Sunday.
Set just a three-minute walk from the Manor House, the magnificently restored Carriage House offers arresting views across the estate and has been thoughtfully designed as a dining destination of effortless luxury and relaxed elegance.
By day, it provides the perfect setting to pause between estate activities and enjoy a light lunch in refined surroundings.
By evening, the Carriage House transforms into a vibrant and welcoming space where Guests linger over exceptional cuisine before finishing the night with a drink on the terrace as dusk settles over the estate.

The Drawing Room
is the ideal spot for a tranquil interlude.
The Drawing Room is open from 8am; guests can take their morning coffee by the vast windows, drop in for light meals and refreshments until 5pm, and sip a flute of champagne or enjoy a cocktail created by our expert Mixologist at any time of the day.

Gallery
, you will be responsible for delivering both breakfast and afternoon tea service in truly unique surroundings.
This stunning room extends 129 feet from wall to wall and is characterised by elegant windows and beautifully crafted oak-panelled walls.
Adare Manor's ambition is to establish the Gallery as the destination for afternoon tea, where Guests can savour delicate pastries and exceptional treats amid historic grandeur, complemented by warm, relaxed, and attentive service delivered by our team.

Responsibilities
Deliver breakfast and afternoon tea service in the Gallery.
Provide warm, relaxed, and attentive service delivering the Gallery's afternoon tea experience.
Support dining operations across Carriage House, Drawing Room, and Gallery to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or food & beverage service.
A passion for excellence and innovation and a guest-focused approach.
