We are looking for a Project Manager who has 3+ years of experience in construction project management and a track record in working on or leading capital works projects. You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture or other construction related discipline.
">
Key Responsibilities:
">
">
1. Assist in the development of a scope of work, priorities & KPIs
">
2. Assist in the development of the Project Execution Plan.
">
3. Take the lead role in preparing, reviewing & recommendations of the Design Team RFP's and appointments.
">
4. Document, minute and track actions and outcomes from Project meetings.
">
5. Understand the key design, value engineering, statutory consent processes etc. and support line management on such activities
">
6. Understand H&S obligations in design and construction and our role in same.
">
7. Assist with the Development of programmes and track performance against same.
">
8. Assist with the Development of a procurement strategy report where required and manage the process to ensure best value for the project.
">
9. Support and where appropriate lead on actively managing the project in construction through tracking planned v actual progress.
">
10. Document, minute and track actions and outcomes from Project meetings.
">
11. Proactive management and reporting across design, cost, time, safety, and quality aspects.
">
12. Develop and manage relationships with Contractors, Design Team, Client Representative and any other relative third parties.
">
13. Ensure project has been reviewed and closed out according to best practice, statutory requirement (BCAR & Compliance), client satisfaction and scope of work.

Requirements:
">
">
* 3+ years Construction Project Management experience
">
* A track record in working on or leading capital works projects preferably on some or all of the below categories.
">
* High Density residential projects
">
* Commercial Office Shell & Core
">
* Commercial Office Fitout.
">
* Logistics & Industrial projects.
">
* Mixed Use Developments
">
* Or Prior experience on €10M+ new build projects (vertical) in other sectors.
">
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or other construction related discipline.
">
* Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one is preferable but not essential.
">
