3. Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments.

4. Lead, manage, motivate, and coach team members.

5. Foster and maintain proactive relationships with audit clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the year, not just during the audit process.

6. Research and address technical queries from clients.

7. Provide top-tier auditing services to our clients.

8. Manage the successful completion of audit engagements.

Essential Qualifications of the Audit Manager:

9. ACA or ACCA certification.

10. 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

11. Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or managerial role.

12. A strong commitment to delivering the best client experience.

13. Exceptional attention to detail and technical expertise.

14. Awareness of business trends and emerging technical and industry developments.

15. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
