About the Company:
A well-established food production company in Co. Wicklow, specialising in high-quality packaged food products. The business is committed to operational excellence, food safety, and continuous improvement across all production areas.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:
* Lead and manage a production team of 20–25 staff, including line leaders, to deliver daily targets.
* Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
* Oversee production planning, monitor KPIs, and control costs and stock usage.
* Support audit preparation, maintain documentation, and champion continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a food production supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
* Experience managing production in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.
* Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and health & safety protocols.
* Comfortable with reporting, KPI tracking, and administrative tasks.
