Associate – Insurance, Financial & Professional Disputes
Description:
We are hiring for our client, a leading international commercial practice, seeking an Associate to join their specialist Insurance, Financial & Professional Disputes team in Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading non-casualty disputes group advising global insurers, reinsurers and commercial clients on complex, high-value matters across multiple sectors.
The successful candidate will work within a highly specialised national and international team, gaining exposure to major commercial, regulatory and cross-border disputes — with no personal injury litigation involved.

The Role:
• Advise on complex insurance and reinsurance coverage issues.
• Act in high-value commercial litigation and arbitration matters (non-PI).
• Provide cyber breach response / coach services and regulatory compliance advice.
• Draft and review policy wordings and regulatory documentation.
• Work closely with international colleagues on cross-border disputes involving Irish and English law.
• Engage directly with insurers, reinsurers and commercial clients across multiple specialist sectors.
The Person:
• Qualified Solicitor with approx. 3–5 years' PQE (flexible).
• Experience in insurance coverage, financial lines, or commercial disputes.
• Strong litigation exposure at High Court/Commercial Court level.
• Confident advising clients on complex technical and regulatory issues.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple jurisdictions.
