Contracts Manager

Job Summary:
O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client, a leading contractor. The successful candidate will join their team in Meath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the project without delays.
* Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts.
* Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors.
* Liaise with site managers and schedule work as well as monitoring site operations.
* Ability to liaise and coordinate seamlessly with multiple levels of Staff, Departments, Clients, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and any other stakeholders.
* Building successful relationships with Clients, Client Representatives and other 3rd party providers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or relevant project experience
* Must have experience working on residential projects.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor in UK or ROI.
* Proven record of managing projects valued over £10M from start to handover.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines and update the programme when necessary.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
