Job Opportunity: Manager, Integration Consulting
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Integration Consultant to fill a key role in our integration consulting team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of integrations with clients.
About the Role
* Lead the development and delivery of integration solutions to clients, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, security architecture, and answering formal questionnaires.
* Work with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You have 2+ years of experience in a leadership role and 4+ years as a Technical Consultant or similar role working with large enterprises.
* You have a practical integration background with a good understanding of web architecture and integration systems, including working with industry third-party tools.
* You possess strong presentation skills to engage clients throughout the integration as part of the project implementation lifecycle, adapting to audience needs and handling ad-hoc requests professionally.
* You have excellent teamwork ability, working with various teams (Product/R&D/Sales/Delivery).
* You can create great relationships with client teams.
* You have a positive attitude, creative thinking, and love for ownership.
* You are fluent in spoken and written English - Verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
* You are occasionally available and flexible to work during US business hours.

Additional Information
The ideal candidate will be located in Dublin and will be working on a full-time basis. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and will be fluent in English. The salary range for this role is EUR 80,000 - 120,000 per annum.
