Job Title: Senior Safety Professional


Vickerstock are working in partnership with a national residential construction firm on the appointment of a key figure responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety management system. This esteemed individual will contribute to successful project delivery, reporting directly to the Health and Safety Manager.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Implement company-wide health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;

2. Contribute to strategic planning, identifying areas for improvement within existing systems;

3. Maintain accurate records of site-specific hazards and ensure effective mitigation strategies are implemented;

4. Collaborate closely with site management teams to implement safe systems of work across various projects;

5. Develop risk assessments, identify control measures and coordinate activities that adhere strictly to statutory regulations;
